Snusbolaget Norden AB, company no. 556801-3683 ("Getsnus") operates the website www.https://getsnus.nl/en/ ("Website"). These terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") apply to any order for a product placed by a consumer on the Website.
Getsnus reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. All changes will be published on the Website and are effective from the moment you accept the Terms via a new order. Current consumer legislation and the General Data Protection Regulation apply to all purchases made by consumers on the Website.
Order and purchase agreement
By completing your order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. The purchase agreement is only established after your order has been confirmed by Getsnus through a confirmation email to the email address you provided when placing the order. Please note that you must be at least 18 years old to enter into an agreement with Getsnus and agreements are only entered into with consumers with a delivery address in the Netherlands.
The services of Getsnus may only be used by individuals. Getsnus reserves the right to refuse an order if it suspects that the order is not intended for private use by the customer. If it is suspected that the customer or the customer's order does not comply with the Terms and Conditions of Getsnus, or in case of suspicions of other types of irregularities or misuse of the services, Getsnus reserves the right to refuse, cancel or change a customer's order.
Persons under 18 years of age may not place orders on the Website. To make purchases on the Website, you must verify your age when you enter the Website and when you complete the purchase. In addition to confirming your age, as a cardholder you must be 18 years of age or older to complete the transaction.
Should it turn out that you are under 18, the package will be returned to Getsnus with an additional charge of €25.
An order placed in another person's name (forgery of a document) or an order otherwise placed in a way that puts Getsnus at risk of financial loss will be reported to the authorities. Getsnus reserves the right to refuse the execution of an order if irregularities or abuse of our ordering function is suspected.
Prices and Fees
All prices and fees on the Website are stated in euros (EUR), including product prices on the Website and shipping costs. Special fees may apply if the package is not received.
Before completing your order on the checkout page, you must choose the delivery method, after which the cost for your order, including shipping costs, will be calculated.
Payment upon purchase (products and delivery)
Card payment on the Website is performed by the payment service provider Klarna, engaged by Getsnus. Klarna offers several payment methods, including but not limited to credit card and invoice, which are available at checkout on the Website. Handling of personal data by Getsnus
Delivery and delivery time
Getsnus offers a number of different shipping options depending on package size, where you live, etc. The shipping options and delivery time for each shipping option are further described on the checkout page on the Website.
We offer PostNord international parcel for shipping the goods.
Package/shipment not received
**A package sent via one of our shipping options will be returned to Getsnus if you were unable to receive it. In this case, you will be charged a fee for administration, shipping, return and handling by Getsnus. Unreceived packages are generally not considered an exercise of your right of return.
Complaints and returns
If a product deviates from the purchase agreement or otherwise does not match the description given by Getsnus, you have the right to file a complaint about the product with Getsnus.
In this case, you can always file a complaint about the product. Here you will find all the information on how to file a complaint.
The right to file a complaint only applies to defects upon delivery (and therefore not to defects caused, for example, by the expiration of the product's shelf life or normal wear and tear). You must notify Getsnus of the defect at the time you discover the defect. Getsnus recommends that you carefully inspect products immediately upon receipt.
Depending on the type of product defect (e.g. smell/taste of the product), we may ask you to return the product to us. You are responsible for the products you return. Getsnus therefore recommends that you package the product in such a way that you do not risk damaging it during transport. If possible, the product should be returned unused and in the undamaged original packaging (i.e., do not tape or stamp the original packaging or write on it).
Depending on the damage to the product, you may receive a replacement product, repair or discount. Finally, you may be able to return the product. If your return is accepted, Getsnus will reimburse you for the cost of the product, except for the cost associated with returning it without using the return slip. Getsnus will handle claims in accordance withCustomer Contract Regulations.
To resolve problems related to shipping damage as quickly as possible, please retain the product packaging for inspection. To return products, you must also provide proof of your purchase on the Website, for example via the order confirmation or receipt sent by Getsnus to the email address you provided in connection with your purchase. Once we have received your return, we will send you a confirmation email.
Right of revocation and return
When you store online as a consumer, you basically have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the purchase of oral nicotine products because these products are perishable goods with a limited shelf life.
Return of discounted products
For purchases that include promotional gifts or special discounts, the value of the promotional gift or discount is considered an overall discount on the total amount of the purchase. If a portion of the purchase is altered and/or returned, returned products will be valued at their purchase price less their relative share of the overall discount. If a product is modified, no conversion will be made from the original basis for the discount or promotional gift.
Promotional gifts or special discounts are only available for new purchases through the Website and cannot be obtained retroactively. A promotional gift or discount cannot be transferred to other purchases and cannot be credited when changing a product.
Getsnus reserves the right to refuse, cancel or modify a customer's order upon suspicion of irregularities related to the customer's use of a promotional gift or discount.
Getsnus is not obliged to fulfill the purchase agreement if fulfillment is hindered by an event beyond the reasonable control of Getsnus (e.g. changed legislation, government measures, strikes, blockades, sabotage, war, terrorism, fire, floods, natural disasters or other extraordinary events). Such circumstances also release Getsnus from the obligation to pay compensation. If such circumstances last longer than two (2) months, both the consumer and Getsnus have the right to cancel the purchase immediately.
Price and product information on the Website
Getsnus strives to ensure that all information on the Website is correct, however, subject to limited availability and possible errors in images or text, for example, errors in product descriptions, incorrect prices or incorrect information about stock availability. Getsnus also reserves the right to correct such errors and change or update information at any time. All images on the Website are intended as illustrations and cannot guarantee the exact appearance or condition of the product.
By submitting a product review on the Website, you grant Getsnus the right to publish it on the Website and through other channels and media. Getsnus also reserves the right not to publish and/or remove submitted product reviews.

The agreement between you and us shall be governed by the laws of the Netherlands and any disputes between you and us shall be resolved exclusively by the courts in the Netherlands. The agreement can only be entered into in Dutch.
